Wales

Gordon and I have just got back from a very enjoyble weekend in Wales inface am actualy wishing we had more time there which is some what of a first (i must be growing up)
we went to Aberdare and I showed him where i grew up we also met up with Carla which was brill and watched the England Wales Rugby where England where beat but we didn't mind. we went to her boyfriends vodka bar and tryed lots of different flavored vodkas which was also very fun. shame we could not have stay longer but the call of my nans home cooking lured us away.
we went to nans chapple (baptice church for you scots) and hung around on sunday and on monday nan and gramps took us to st faggins museam of welsh country life which was fab!!!

up side down world

things are not getting much better at work but i guess i am coming to turms with it and so coping with it better. but oh my it is not easy. particulay when they havn't done what they said they would do like give me proper targets to reach they have given me some very lovy dovy action points and thats pushing it for a discription. i am so cross you would not beleive. but also so bad at conflict that you would not beleive either. building up the corrage and the matiral to go back to them and say this is how i would like things to be and this is the best way to change them.

and i thought stress ended in college

well have had a very eventful week or so things have definatly not been good.
i had my line managment meeting last thursday where jill (my line manager) told me that at my last managment meeting they had desided that instead of confurming my postition as the sidewalk coordinator that they where going to prolong my probation period for another three months and give me some targets to reach during that time.
well clearly me being me i have not tacken this very well i am not good at this sorta things at all but i should get these targets this afternoon and when i do i will see if they are reasonable and see where we go from their.
am keeping my options opens for now
