long long long day today. although my alarm went off at the wrong time. well the right time for thursday but that makes things feel worse because i had to leave the house within ten minites.
it was snowing which didn't help.
class was dull this morning or at least i couldn't concentrait for most of it. so sat and did stuff on-line. then had lunch and class again this afternoon was good we were talking about addiction a lady from the phenics house thing came and talked to us it was really really good.
the went to Drumchaple with Gordon to help with his group it was good did the craft with the young people so quite a sudate evening but so so so tired.
